Further strengthening its SMB VoIP strategies, Skype has added a long list of features in its latest windows version: Skype 3.5. Off them, the call transfer and audio redial are most important addition to the earlier 3.2 windows version.
With Skype 3.5, you can transfer Skype calls to your contacts. It would be highly helpful for the business enterprises, particularly call centers where call transfer is the core of communication system.
The other features include Auto redial, Device Indicators, Edit chat messages, Message history loading granulated, Private Telephone Numbers, Send contacts inside chat, Visual indicators for Audio In and Audio Out in options, Added Latvian localization and In-Client Hardware store button. The existing features are Free Skype to Skype calls, Free video calls, Call forward, Group chat and Low cost non-Skype calls.
Since it is a beta release, the latest software is available for the experts. Skype is still working on it and looking forward to expert’s comment.
