We have talked much about TalkPlus in this site. However, this is a new piece of information on TalkPlus, a company recently hit the market for its innovative VoIP services.
See the video clipping. It clearly shows that TalkPlus does not require any special Skype software for Skype services, generally the SkypeIn and SkypeOut Calls.
Phil Wolff of Skype Journal who shot the demonstration explains,
TalkPlus has engineered a server without Skype components that talks to the Skype networks as if it were a Skype client using Skype’s own language.
Alec Saunders observes, ‘The impact on Skype/Ebay could be huge. Right now, Skype-Out minutes are free. Their revenue is from licensing, and from an annual 30 euro fee for Skype-In. Why buy a Skype-In number if TalkPlus can do the job?
